Craig McMahon – Managing Director
Melbourne-born Craig McMahon is the founder of EPF. He has been involved in international film finance and theatrical production across two decades. With a background in law and accounting, he began his career with Village Roadshow Production Management, working as part of the financial team on major international productions. In recent years, among many projects that bring creatives and financing together, Craig has been involved in numerous successful feature films and television projects, including executive producing Screen Australia's number one financial performer to date, Red Hill.
Craig has been active in film and live theatre in Australia, the UK, US and Middle East, both personally as executive producer and producer, and as a broker acting for financiers and content creatives to facilitate productions and returns. His experience and success on both sides of the finance equation gives him a uniquely holistic approach.
He has worked in collaboration with private and public sector entities and is renown for his intricate knowledge of film and television cashflow avenues afforded by both government film incentives and private funding channels. His knowledge and experience places EPF in a strong position to respond in a timely, efficient and creative manner that ameliorates results for all.
Erin Jameson – Partner
Erin Jameson’s career in the entertainment industry spans over three decades, almost half of which saw her as a valued film executive at Australia’s largest independent distributor, Roadshow Films. As National Publicity Manager, her natural ability to develop strong relationships with filmmakers and actors alike, coupled with her instinct and passion for identifying and nurturing great talent led to her role expanding into the Australian production division of the Company, as a senior member of industry stalwart Joel Pearlman’s team, working closely with filmmakers in readying their projects for theatrical release, sometimes from early draft script stage. Australian independent projects included Looking For Alibrandi, The Craic, Crackerjack, Wolf Creek, Boy Town, One Perfect Day, Romper Stomper and dozens more.
Erin’s role at Roadshow was not limited to Australian films. As distributors for Warner Bros and New Line Cinemas, Erin played an integral role in managing the Company’s relationships with studio heads of international marketing and liaising directly with major producers such as Joel Silver (The Matrix trilogy, House Of Wax), Mark Ordesky (The Lord Of The Rings trilogy) and David Heymann (Harry Potter franchise), managing major talent tours and premiere events for Roadshow’s blockbuster films, with the likes of Hugh Jackman, John Travolta, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Daniel Radcliffe, Keanu Reeves, Orlando Bloom and Peter Jackson, to name a few.
In 2006, she left Roadshow to run her own entertainment PR and artist management business. Clients past and present include Warner Bros, Guy Pearce, Molloy Boy Productions, Sullivan Stapleton, Madman Films, Vendetta Films, Transmission Entertainment, Monster Pictures and Antidote Films.
